In the heart of the Baroque Sicily, a 2-storey house in Scicli located on the side called Piè di Grotta,
overlooking the charming archaeological park of Chiafura.
The ruin of an old house becomes -after a great structural work- a 2-level house with a small terrace.
The facade is consolidated and its details restored.
Inside you are immediately greeted by an industrial look
but always accompanied by the materials of the place, the result is a welcoming and sheltered ground floor
and a bright living area overlooking Chiafura.
"A blend of refinement and Wellness".
The cement tiles, from Sansone pavimenti with a retro and elegant taste decorate the living area
with an irregular checkerboard.
A natural stucco in petrol green
surrounds the spacious bathroom, and Etna chestnut wood warms the atmosphere.
"The wonder of nature dominates."
Natural sculptures embellish the rooms and arouse amazement. The sinuous shapes of wooden trunks smoothed by the sea and by leaves carved by time moderate the rigidity of the structure and the industrial materials.
